The Pak Mat Express app is a private workforce tool used by authorised delivery agents under contract with Pak Mat Express. This page explains how to get help with the app, your account, or an active delivery.

We aim to respond within 1 business day (Monday–Friday, 9am–6pm MYT). For urgent issues affecting an active delivery, contact your dispatcher directly through the channel provided at onboarding.
What we can help with
- Login problems or lost agent code.
- App crashes, errors, or unexpected behaviour.
- Issues uploading a Proof-of-Delivery (POD) photo.
- Location, camera, or notification permission problems.
- Order assignment, acceptance, or status questions.
- Earnings or commission queries.
- Account closure or data deletion requests.
Common fixes to try first
- Make sure you are running the latest version of the app from the App Store or Play Store.
- Check that location, camera, and notification permissions are enabled in your device settings.
- Confirm your device has a working data connection.
- Sign out and sign back in with your agent code.
